Signing In to SmartMiles

SmartMiles supports two ways to sign in: email login codes and Google sign-in.

Email login code

SmartMiles uses passwordless email login. Instead of remembering a password, you receive a one-time code each time you sign in.

1. Open SmartMiles and tap Sign In.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code from SmartMiles.
4. Enter the code in the app.
5. You are signed in.

The code expires after 5 minutes. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or tap "Resend code."

Google sign-in

You can also sign in with your Google account.

1. Tap Continue with Google.
2. Select your Google account (or sign in to Google if prompted).
3. You are signed in.

If your Google account email matches an existing SmartMiles account, the accounts are linked automatically. You can use either method to sign in going forward.

Signing in on a new device

Your account is tied to your email address. Sign in on any device with the same email and all your trips, vehicles, and settings will be there.

Signing out

To sign out:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Sign Out.

Signing out does not delete your data. You can sign back in at any time.

Web dashboard

You can also sign in to the SmartMiles web dashboard at your dashboard URL using the same email or Google account. The dashboard provides access to your trips, exports, and account settings from a browser.
